Abrasive Rail Cutter cut rails at very high speed by using abrasive cutting wheel/disc. Rail clamp that it uses is made of tough, durable and light weight. It is engine mounted (with Honda GX200 engine) to provide sufficient power to cut the rail within the specified time and tolerance. It has disc Guard to ensure safety of operator.
Abrasive disc rail cutter is designed and made capable of working continuously in the severe Indian atmospheric and climatic conditions. Its designe supports minimum or no vibration during cutting operation, this is required to avoid possibility of misalignment and breakage of the abrasive cutting wheel.
