Toe load measuring device is used to determine the toe load of elastic rail clips during service in the field. Pujara Engineers offers Industrial Grade & Export Quality machine that is one of best designs of toe load measurement device, with much higher and better specifications than counterparts. Device has a electronic load cell for gauging the load imparted by toe of rail clip. Machine has been modularly designed to incorporate measurement for multiple ERCs (Mk III & Mk V) and other rail clip designs. The device works on the principle of lifting the toe of rail clip that is imparting load on rail foot, for toe load measurement on one side of the rail foot.
Toe load Machine has load capacity of 2 metric tons and is suitable for all variants of ERC used in Indian Railways and mostly all other rail clip variants used on metro/railway networks in rest of the world. Device comes with pre calibrated loadcell-digital display integrated unit with option of load display in kilogram force or Kilo Newton (KN) force units.
