Gauge Squaring Fixture, Spindles & Checkrail Brackets are few of the specialised fabrications which require proper tooling and accuracy for manufacturing. We specialise in these products, we manufacture & also export the same.
PRODUCT DETAILS
We manufacture and export the Gauge Squaring Fixture (GSF) for standard-gauge (1435mm) as well as broad-gauge(1676mm) ballastless track laying. GSFs are used to fix height, lock the track gauge & cant etc while casting the ballast-less track. Fabricated checkrail brackets are generally used on metro track systems for precision rail guarding. Sometimes spindles are used for casting of ballasteless track systems depending on the underlying track technology.
Gauge Squaring Fixture - SG : Standard guage GSFs are generally used in conventional ballastless track casting work. They are rugged in built, as we manufacture them from reputed make tubes only. Dispatched complete with accessories like cant plate and height adjusting bolts.
Gauge Squaring Fixture - BG : Broard guage GSFs are generally used in ballastless track casting work on railway yards, washing line etc. They are rugged in built, as we manufacture them from reputed make tubes only. Dispatched complete with accessories like cant plate and height adjusting bolts.
Gauge Squaring Fixture - Turnout : We offer complete set of Turnout GSF, with accessories, for BLT turnout casting work. These GSFs are long and continuous in design, hence universal in nature. Gauge is set onsite.
Spindle : Some ballastless track technologies make use of spindles. Many times they are simple in design as compared to GSFs. They are made to drawing only.
Checkrail Brackets : Fabricated checkrail brackets are used on main line on metro systems. They are generally project specific in design and required to made with precision.
