eRailCruiser - Rail Scooter is ultimate mobility solution for Railway track maintenance staff. It is developed by Pujara Engineers in India. e Rail Cruiser is very efficient means of transport for short and long distances. Ideally meant for low traffic lines, and it does not require blocks/PTWs.
It is easily on-trackable and off-trackable. Rail Scooter is very simple to operate with throttle (electronic) and it comes with temperature safe & quick charge lithium battery pack.

Traditional Movement Issue : Railway field staff walk on tracks or rely on manual trolleys or fossil fuel-powered vehicles to transport themselves, and the required maintenance tools along the railway tracks. The process is unsafe, strenuous, cumbersome and time-consuming. Moreover, movement by conventional IC-enegine based trolleys is not environment friendly. The problems associated with the traditional methods lead to delays in maintenance activities, reduced operational efficiency, and increased workforce fatigue.

Innovative Electric Rail Scooter : eRailCruiser is an innovative, lightweight, and battery-powered efficient mobility solution that would improve railway infrastructure maintenance and other on-track activities. The eRailCruiser very aggressively addresses traditional movement issues/challenges i.e. slow and inefficient movement/transport of railway personnel for inspection, maintenance, and repair works.

Material Trolley : Rail Scooter is designed for one man ridership with tools and equipment. Its railway material trolley type construction facilitates very efficient movement of tools.
Alternatively two light weight persons (without tools) can quickly move on railway tracks on eRailCruiser.

Inspection Trolley : Rail Scooter when used with slower speeds, can be highly facilitative for track or OHE inspections, hence with Rail Scooter, Track inspection becomes very practicle and can be carried out more frequently in an efficient manner.
