Rail Weld Trimmer is used to trim the red hot metal after AT welding operation. We manufacture the hydraulically powered double action Weld trimmer as per RDSO specifications.

Rail Weld Trimmer is used to trim the red hot metal after AT welding operation. Removal of metal from rail head is achieved using a trimming cutter matching to the rail head profile. This tool requires atleast 2 men to operate.
This is a hydraulically powered double action machine supplied with hydralic power pack. We recommend cutting tool, hydraulic oil, hydraulic seals and mains bushes to be kept as spares.
